The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, as well as experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and be persuasive and effective in closing deals.

Responsibility

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
