The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. You will be responsible for processing and recording customer payments, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving customer billing issues.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information and payment history
• Resolve customer billing issues, such as discrepancies and late payments
• Generate reports on accounts receivable and customer payment trends
• Perform other receivable clerk related tasks as assigned
