• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations
• Onboard new employees and provide them with the training and resources they need to be successful
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary matters
