Amul is looking for a Help Desk Worker to join our growing team and provide first-level technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent customer service skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibility

• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints about computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and security issues.
• Provide training and support on new software and hardware.
• Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to more senior IT support personnel.
