Amul is looking for passionate and experienced Desktop Support Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line support to Amul employees for their desktop and laptop computers, troubleshooting and resolving their technical issues, and providing them with a positive customer experience.

• Respond to employee support requests promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee technical issues, such as computer problems, software problems, and network problems
• Provide information about Amul's IT products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Perform other desktop support related tasks as assigned
