You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience at Amul, from the moment they interact with our brand to the moment they consume our products.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Work with other departments to implement customer-centric initiatives
• Manage the customer service team and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
