Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales of our premium credit cards and other financial products by building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales quotas for credit cards and other financial products
Prospect for new leads, identify customer needs, and tailor product recommendations to their unique financial goals
Conduct informative presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of American Express products
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales data
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit cards and loyalty programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
