• Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Manage inventory and ensure that products are available to customers
• Implement and execute Amazon's vision and values in the store
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze store performance and identify areas for improvement
