• Develop and execute a sales strategy for your assigned region, in alignment with Amazon's overall sales goals and objectives.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, and provide them with the coaching and support they need to succeed.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, and negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
• Track and analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies, and develop strategies to leverage them to Amazon's advantage.
