Job Summary:

In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions. You'll address customer inquiries about mobile plans, broadband services, digital TV subscriptions, recharges, billing issues, and technical difficulties. Your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in making Airtel the preferred telecommunications provider in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of any issues with mobile services, broadband connections, billing, or technical problems.
- Provide accurate and clear information about Airtel products, services, plans, and troubleshooting steps.
- Offer solutions to customer problems, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Building Relationships:
- Develop positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty for the Airtel brand.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions or answer questions in a helpful and informative manner.
- Provide personalized and friendly service to every customer, ensuring a positive Airtel experience.
- Continuous Learning:

- Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service, Airtel's offerings, and telecommunication technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen attentively and understand customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently or collaborate with other departments.
