Summary

As an SDR at Aditya Birla Group, you'll be a lead generation powerhouse, prospecting for new sales opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers aligned with Aditya Birla Group's offerings.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads and provide them with relevant information.
  • Maintain and update a CRM system to track lead activity and progress throughout the sales funnel.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers and build trust in the Aditya Birla Group brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
