The Position

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic remote team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Job Summary

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Gather and analyze customer information to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on company products, services, and policies.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering positive relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs.
  • Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries using internal resources.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to our products and services.
  • Draft clear and concise communication, ensuring effective information exchange with customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service interactions.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum graduation with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet navigation
  • Prior customer service experience (Preferred)

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
