• Oversee all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, payroll processing, and tax reporting
• Ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage a team of payroll specialists
• Develop and implement new payroll processes and procedures
• Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management
