Adidas is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to Adidas employees, troubleshooting computer problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

  • Provide technical support to Adidas employees by phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot computer problems related to software, hardware, and networking
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and passwords
  • Install and configure new software and hardware
  • Provide training and support to Adidas employees on new technologies
  • Document and track all technical support issues and resolutions
