• Provide technical support to Adidas employees on a variety of desktop hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals
• Provide training to Adidas employees on the use of desktop computers and software
• Keep up-to-date with the latest desktop hardware and software technologies
