• Provide excellent customer service to Adidas' customers over the phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information and advice on Adidas' products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
